Delivery Time: When you place an order on our shop, it is shipped within 24/48 hours by our teams. It is important to note that shipping refers to the departure of your items from our suppliers' warehouses to the carrier, not the actual delivery, which can take between 7 to 14 business days. If you are not in Europe, please allow for additional days before receiving your item. While 95% of our packages are delivered within 10 days, delivery can take up to 3 to 5 weeks in case of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages due to the popularity of some of our products, weather conditions, etc.). If the delivery time seems long to you, don't worry, you can track the progress of your order on the ORDER TRACKING page. Important Details: When you place an order containing different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers are involved. Additionally, to avoid high shipping costs due to excessive weight, different items from the same order may be sent separately. Preamble: Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The aforementioned eligibility will be different if your item is defective or damaged upon receiving the package, in which case, please follow the procedure described in the section regarding exchanges (below). Section 1 - Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Section 2 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Section 3 - Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Section 4 - Exchange (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: contact@Luxxaniia.com. In this email, kindly provide us with the order number (or a copy of the invoice) and evidence (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items) and send your item to the address provided on your package. Section 5 - Shipping: To return your product, you should email us: contact@Luxxaniia.com Customer's Address You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. (24 to 37 business days) If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
